Gordon just can't stop talking about spending
Prime Minister Gordon Brown wants to set up a £60bn annual fund to help poor countries deal with climate change. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8120432.stm With the world in recession and most of the major economies struggling to recover, where does he think the money's going to come from?
