Yes ... I noticed that. We really do have to get out of this awful EU. It does nothing for Britain that I can discern, and none of the Europhiles have ever been able to put me wise about the "benefits". But this is ridiculous. Mind you, it is going to get even worse once the "Lisbon Treaty" (aka the Constitution) comes into full force. The trouble is, I can't see the Tories actually DOING anything about it. The European spokesman said - about the EU plans for direct taxation - "we shall fight this vigorously", or words to that effect. But the only way to WIN is to get out asap. Whoever you vote for, you just elect the gummint! :cry:
